Blood Orange Turmeric Ginger Mocktail

Measure your ingredients using a jigger or tablespoons. One ounce is the same as two tablespoons. A half ounce is one tablespoon.
Fill a glass with ice and pour the freshly squeezed citrus juices and the syrup over the ice.
Stir to chill, then top with a few ounces of chilled club soda. You can use seltzer water or sparkling mineral water, whatever you have on hand.
Gently stir the drink, then garnish with a slice of blood orange and a sprig of mint. The mint garnish adds a fresh, cool aroma that makes the drink even more refreshing. Another great wintertime garnish for this drink is a sprig of fresh rosemary.
